I think that there is a problem with the Julia environment in codejam right now
which didn't exist during the qualification round. I ran into this problem
when I got RE during round 1B for the crepe cart problem, but I don't think its
simply a case of "it runs on my machine, not in yours."

I successively removed parts of my program until I could get from a RE to a WA.
It turns out that creating an array is enough cause a runtime error.
Specifically,

Array{Int64}(1)

or

Array(Int64, 1) . # legal but deprecated

are both enough to cause a runtime error.

But thats not all. My julia solution for cryptopangrams, which was accepted
earlier, now gives RE.

Lastly, while I have your attention, is there any way that for next year a
current version of Julia could be used? The codejam version is 0.4.6, but
thats several versions back and 1.0 is actually available.

Complaints aside, thanks for all your hard work in putting on Codejam.
