I didn't receive a certificate for my Google Code Jam 2020, I had also participate in Google Hash Code in 2018 and am sure it's on this exact same account, and I have got more than 1 point in each. Am sure I didn't do anything that could possibly make me eligible to receive, what could be the issue? My competitive history is empty for some reason.
