Dear Sir/Ma'am, As you know that India is currently going through the 2nd Wave of Covid and the situation is getting worse every day.
Since Round 1 happens in 3 phases 1A, 1B, and 1C and the rounds taking place across a long duration, it was not a big problem for anyone to participate in it but Round 2 does not give us a chance and it is scheduled to take place on 15th May and it will a huge loss to someone if he or she is not able to give Round 2 due to Covid. Even ICPC online round which was supposed to take place on 16th May has been postponed to the end of June. Also keeping in mind that a lot of round 2 qualifiers are Indians, it will be of great help for us if Round 2 is postponed for 1-2 weeks. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter.
