You can configure multi-zone HTTP L7 LB manually if you run separate
clusters in each zone as I described in
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35446512/is-it-possible-to-use-1-kubernetes-ingress-object-to-route-traffic-to-k8s-servic/35447985#35447985
