One of the gurus can give you a "for sure" answer, but just to give my 2 bits: When I got my acceptance letter, it indicated that if I ever changed the screenshots for the gadget to reply to that email with the new information.
"Lastly, if you change your download URL or your gadget's screenshots, please reply to this email to let us know." The From was: [EMAIL PROTECTED] but I'd imagine they'd need your submission number, which would be in the subject line of the email. Any other changes, such as new versions or new manifest information, would be automatically updated when they rescanned the file (in the location dictated in the first submittal).
