I don't think such an example exists right now.. At least i don't remember seeing such cases, but i might be wrong so if anyone made a custom rightclick menu feel free to post it. Anyway, this shouldn't be beyond what you already know; i mean, basically you could use a div or, even better, a listbox containing the menu items and you could show it only on the rightclick event.
