I have made a gadget and now hope it can show traditional Chinese and
English according to the google desktop version, and here are some
problems I have faced now:

The first is no matter how I named the Chinese language folder, google
desktop just can't detect it.
traditional Chinese for Taiwan should be strings such as zh_tw, zh_TW,
zh_Tw, zh-tw, zh-TW, zh-Tw
and I have tried all of them as my language folder name but it just
didn't work.

The second is after trying the names above, I named the folder as LCID
1028, which is for Taiwan.
and then google desktop has catched it.
Now the problem is after I added the English folder, which may be
named as en or 1033,
google desktop just ignored the 1028 folder and shows what in the en
or 1033.
I have tried that if there are no en folder and I changed the folder
1028 to another ID such as 1027,
then desktop can't read the strings.xml, which means desktop version
is the same to 1028.
According to
http://code.google.com/apis/desktop/docs/script.html#internationalization,
desktop should read the language of the desktop version first, but
it's not working like that.

My require is simple: just show Chinese when the desktop version is
zh_tw, show English otherwise.
Can somebody indicate me a method to solve it?
