Try to use UTF-8 for your language files. If you save it in ASCII it
will probably store it with the codepage you are currently using in
Windows. But UTF-8 doesn't use codepages and should work properly for
all languages. AFAIK Windows Vistas Notepad has an option to set the
encoding when you save a file. Be sure to select UTF-8 and not
Unicode.

Since I am German you can send me the German version when you're done
and I'll see if it is correct.

Best regards,
Benjamin
