Hello, you are correct that you will need a spanish Google Desktop version to get the spanish translation of the gadget. If you do not get the spanish version of your gadget you should check if the gadget was already installed before. Try looking into your "My Google Gadgets" folder in my documents. Close Google Desktop and delete the gadget from "My Google Gadgets" if it is already there. Then restart Google Desktop and reinstall the gadget.
