Hi everybody, I was curious if there was some sort of API for adding results to the ones that pop up when you start typing in the quick search box. For example, say I typed in some simple mathematical expression (like "5+5") into the quick search box -- would it be possible to add the result "=10" to the results that show up? Or if I typed something like "define synecdoche" have the first result be "A figure of speech putting part for the whole, or the whole for part."
Basically, I'd like to add to the google desktop quick search box some of the features available in the Google suggest feature in the search box in Firefox -- as well as maybe have Google desktop automatically check to see if the query is one of the special types that give special results (like unit conversion or weather or stock quotes or whatever). So...is it possible? - Jeremy --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Desktop Developer Group" group.
