Hi Michael, Did you have a look at Google Desktop Enterprise Edition? The admin guide http://desktop.google.com/enterprise/adminguide.html has a nice list of available features. It is possible to white-list gadgets so that only a pre-defined list of gadgets can be installed and used by the users.
