The submission page recently started to enforce the category,
screenshotUrl and thumbnailUrl elements. The designer is not yet
updated to include these in the settings dialog but probably will in a
future release. For now you will have to change the gadget.gmanifest
file manually e.g. in notepad and then rebuild the gg package in
designer.
