Hi Rafael, I got also the same problem with my iGoogle Gadget. But on the 'Latest release notes' from Google Desktop i read follow: "Fixed an issue where gadgets in the sidebar would resize upon computer restart" http://desktop.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=58591
