Hi, Create a new gadget project, then click on 'Package the Gadget'. If it give a error again, then something is wrong with the program (damaged, or file lost...). And download the 'Google Gadget Designer' version january 2008 here from this forum. (Download, see first page below)
But if the gadget package work, move you javascript code and others program code from you gadget to this new gadget.
