Yep.  You'll need to authenticate to both services.
For ClientLogin, that involves creating a $client
for each API and instantiating a new Zend_Gdata_Docs
object with each $client.

However, you really should be using AuthSub since
you're in a web app.  With AuthSub, just request a
multi-scoped token for both scopes and you're set :)
