I get something like you...
I have performed some tests with GData API and created/deleted/updated
documents...
Apparently, there are sometimes problems which ends into keeping your
document in the Spreadsheet List Feed when they have been permanently
deleted with Docs List Api...
I haven't found any way to remove them from this feed even if I re-
edit them and try to save them (which doesn't make them appear again
in the document editor). The most strange is that these documents keep
the content I put in them, meaning they are still indexed somewhere
for real and not just header entries in a feed.

any idea from google ?
