Sure but its ugly, rendering a gadget involves sending extra
parameters which Firefox detects and prompts the user if they want to
really want to resend this information, but here is the snippet

     window.location.reload();


I would recommend using an ajax approach of retrieving data behind the
scenes and refreshing the interface via dom manipulations instead of a
total container reload.
