Hi, I believe the code on that page will only work in the iGoogle sandbox (google.com/ig/sandbox) currently. And, unfortunately, the feature of the sandbox that enables those gadgets to work has been temporarily disabled by the canvas view rollout yesterday. I would suggest trying the code in the sandbox early next week.
