Hi Marcus, Make sure you remove the HTML comment tags from the Adsense generated code. This has been a known issue that has not been consistent for several months. These tags have been misinterpreted by the code minimizing the gadget size.
If you view the source for the gadget iframe, you will most likely noticed that some of your gadget code is being trashed by the minimizer. Feel free to put your gadget URL here if you'd like people here to verify this.
