You will notice that there is an error: Illegal UTF-8 byte 2 <0x6f> at file offset 20035 This is on "France Bleu Besançon" I can not be sure this is your issue, but I would start by fixing this problem and check with the affected users if this resolve the issue. Google often pushes different version of their code to different data center, or different user locale, etc. to test software in the wild. There are probably some gadget fetchers or renderers that do not accept this UTF invalid char, while the one serving you, Adam or me is fine with this error. I hope this helps.
