Hi Chipou,

This URL can not work, as this is not pointing to your XML file, but
to a download page from Mediafire. An URL like the following would be
what you need to use, but this will not work either, as URLs like this
one are generated for each request on the fly by Mediafire:
http://download111.mediafire.com/mddw1mlymwvg/m52adylz542/PS3GEN.xml
If you get such an URL, it will most likely be tied to your IP
address, and when gmodules.com try to fetch, it will get an error, not
your gadget.

Short answer: I don't think you can use Mediafire for hosting your
gadget.
Suggestion: For such a simple XML spec, just use the Google Gadget
Editor. There is a built-in feature to save and publish your gadget:
http://code.google.com/apis/gadgets/docs/legacy/gs.html

Or look at Google Code with SVN but this would be overkill in this
specific case.
