I have the same problem (FF,IE, etc.). Normally the tabs on iGoogle appear on the left side, but today suddenly the "old" version of iGoogle is back with tabs on the top side. Even the sandbox is not working anymore. I use the following URL: http://www.google.com/ig?hl=en
