We have a google group where among other things folks post local recommendations for restaurants, repair shops, etc. Folks are too lazy to do their own search so you end up with a monthly question on good Indian restaurants and so on.
I wanted to build a Google Gadget that could create virtual bins (ala Gmail) of all the similar posts via embedded search. Kind of a cross between the Groups gadget and a search gadget. I looked around and couldn't find the source for the Groups gadgets or the references on how they work (API?). Could somebody post URLs to info about the technical info I would need to build such a gadget?
