Regarding suggestions: I think they should replace the "iGoogle button" by a "share" button where you'd get a page where you'd be presented with all the places you can get a gadget: > iGoogle > Google + > Third party website (embed code) > Open Social websites (LinkedIn, etc...) > etc...
