You can not submit directly (yet). Zip up the files you want to submit (no generated code, just the csproj&solution files, no user files) and send it to above mentioned email. It will be reviewed, and once approved, should show up in the user contribution section.

VS2005 projects are a tricky issue, they will have to get updated everytime we add a new file to the build process...
