I am not sure if recreating the java or .NET classes is really the best thing. The reason the .net and java libs use the push parser systems if for performance when used on the server. If i would have to write a pure client lib, i would evaluate if it's not more appropriate to use a DOM based look up system. That would make parsing and creation of the object models a lot easier.

Is that an option for you in objectiveC? I will most likely sync to it, and would be happy to help in design/discussion, i am just:

a) very busy :)
b) not the best objectiveC programmer.
