There is no official AuthSub support in the .NET libraries yet (mainly due to the fact that this is not my main area of expertise, nor was there a lot of demand yet). There is a gauthsubreques.cs file (which would be the factory class to use) and there is an authsubutil.cs class as well.
Note that the doc online talks just about the Java version, there is no 100% match between java and C# in naming and semantics.
