Hi,

The .NET client library is distributed under the terms of the Apache
2.0 license.

You can read the terms of the license here:

http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html

The section of most interest is probably "4. Redistribution".

Any further questions regarding use of the client library can be asked
in the .NET client library group:

http://groups.google.com/group/gdata-dotnet-client-library

Cheers,
-Jeff
