Hi Deza, There currently is no API for Google Web History, so AuthSub is not available for it. I did find this small help center entry:
http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?answer=54464&topic=10474 According to the entry, it looks like HTTP Basic Auth using Google Account credentials might allow you to retrieve the RSS feed. There should be a standard way of providing these credentials using standard tools in your language of choice.
