Hi Nitin,

I'm not aware of any specific limit, though I'm sure there is some IP-
based limit out there (as there always is in practice.) I believe the
HTTP RFC recommends an application open only two connections to one
host at a time, to be a good internet citizen, though not everyone
agrees with that limit.
