Picasa 3 (64bit installed under Ubuntu64 8.10) comes with the Tahoma as base font. Not a wise choice, this font is not in the Microsoft Font package distributed for Ubuntu (potential licensing problems). Unless Tahoma is installed the main Picasa displays very low resolution fonts in the menu.
Using "Picasa Font Configure" I tried to change to a different family, press OK. The change has no effect. Next call, Tahoma is still there. Is this (changing the base font) supposed to work? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google-Labs-Picasa-for-Linux" group.
