As the Linux version is using an older build, it expects to find
"Picasa.ini" files rather than ".picasa.ini" -- this apparently
changed as of Windows version 71.18 (where as the newest Linux build
is 57.4402)

Simply renaming the .picasa.ini file to Picasa.ini before importing
does the job!
