are your drives showing up in the dialog tools>folder manager? In that dialog you should see a listing of folders on the left, and options for scanning selected folders on the right. On my system i have to make sure the drives are mounted first though or they wont be seen. (this is an ubuntu ) i click on the drives in Places>computer which mounts them and they appear in the dialog
