Hello. I have the same problem here. I investigated a few other things. What I found is that as a user and not as root: 1. I can run the font setting tool also located in /opt/picasa/bin/ picasafontcfg . 2. When I run /opt/picasa/bin/picasa for the first time as a user, the license agreement does appear. 3. However, the final line of the /opt/picasa/bin/picasa script does not work (the call to Wine). --- ~% picasa Loading okay. Executing. /opt/picasa/bin/wrapper license.exe.so /gate c:\Program Files \Picasa2\Picasa2.exe ~% --- The above works only as root.
I haven't checked into the last step to find the problem. I'll do that real soon. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google-Labs-Picasa-for-Linux" group.
