The linux version (3.0) runs on an included wine, but the last version offered in this package is 3.0. Since windoz versions have been offered, 3.5 and 3.6, with many improvements. And they will run on linux with wine, some massaging required. ps. Look again at your Mint 8 version for the release number of picasa and for the wine requirement. -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google-Labs-Picasa-for-Linux" group.
