[originally posted on the Picasa for Windows support page until the kind Onion Zwiebel redirected me to this Google Group page]
The setup: Picasa 3.0.0 Build 57.4402,0 for Linux running on HP Mini 1030NR running Ubuntu 8.10 [and now on 10.04] The operation: select an image, click on BlogThis!, login with Google username+password, select a layout, click "Save as Draft" (or "Publish", same result) The fail: next I see a large white window title "Picasa: BlogThis!" and containing only the text "http:www.blogger.com/posts.g? blogID=##############" (where # represents a large integer). Closing this window yields a dialog box saying "Are you sure you want to cancel yes/no". Visiting my blog later shows that a draft post does show up, but the image links are broken. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks. p.s. I tried the fix suggested in this post to no avail: http://groups.google.com/group/google-labs-picasa-for-linux/msg/48ac7fe33cbc17d1 p.p.s. No proxies involved either! Wired and wireless, same behavior. All other internet connections are working. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google-Labs-Picasa-for-Linux" group.
