Not to my knowlege, BUT. You don't want the "beta" version, get the latest 3.6 for windows version. It run as good as, and with many added features, the "beta" version. Just use your installed version of wine or update wine to the recently released 1.2 version and install it: wine ./picasa36-setup.exe Works fine for me on openSUSE 11.2 x86_64.
