Well what can I say - running in terminal just gave a terse message which didn't help me either? That was a few weeks ago so don't remember what it was exactly. Just wanted you to know that it's not easily done, at last on GNU/Linux. Maybe Ubuntu being newbie friendlier makes it easier don't know. <shrug>
