Hi Pamela,

A Wii is not required: just a wiimote with a nunchuk.

You connect the wiimote to your computer via bluetooth.
You start WiiFlash server on your computer
And you start a browser and enter the following URL:
http://philflash.inway.fr/flex/wiimap/wiimap.html
