I grabbed them from some shapefile a while ago (not even sure from
where) and made minor corrections. I'm not aware of any restrictions
on these polygons, so I guess you can use them under the same license
as everything else in this project. Ping Pamela if you want to be
absolutely sure.
Note that New Zealand is not working due to being located in both
hemispheres. Remove the first encoded line to correct it - I'll try to
figure out what's wrong, if I have time.
