I am zoomed in terrain view.

As the map is loading I load a number of groundOverlay png files.
These are images that represent climate data and are overlain on the
map.

Once the the images have loaded, the user can click buttons to turn on/
off the overlays.  I receive the error message in IE at this point,
when the user clicks on the buttons that addoverlay to the map.
