Mitja, Looks like Daniel has you on the right path but just wanted to say posting here you may get a google employee looking at it every once in a while, otherwise I imagine you have to have a premiere license to get real support, it's a costly venture but perhaps you could get some pay as you go kind of support, try to search around for the google maps premiere information to see if you can find direct contact information, like I said though it's very unlikely there will be any free support like you'll get here on the forum.
