You don't really need a key with the "localhost" local server domain,
but obtain one using localhost to get the API loaded.

You can register again when you have a domain, no big deal.

This question has been answered many times before, so it might be a
good idea to search the forum for your question. Save yourself and
others the time of answering or giving a blunt type standard "read the
FAQ and posting guidelines" answer, which is also a terrific idea.
