Doesn't Delphi has an http request module? It seems like you're doing this in a very complex way, instead use the http method of geocoding. It's a lot easier than trying to embed Javascript into a Delphi program and extract the results. As Warden pointed out, you may be in violation of the TOU, so have a read of this document to make sure you're in compliance.
