Yeah I agree with you on that, I still think that site is doing something on the backend to make them show more prevalent, but I could be wrong. From what I read google places ads based on what content is on the actual page, and that site has nothing on the pages related to bars, barbershops, or anything else that is showing up. So maybe it's basing it on the site itself as they are a local guide it shows all things local, who knows but google like you said. I will continue to play with it and see what I can get.
