Load your page in the browser. Do a View Source. This will show you what the
browser receives. Copy and paste the HTML source into a .html file. Upload
that file to your server. It won't matter that your server doesn't have
PHP5, because all the PHP code will have already been run at that point.

Or get a hosting service with PHP5 support. They are a dime a dozen.
