Yeah agree with Andrew above.

AOL publish their IP addresses via http://webmaster.info.aol.com/proxyinfo.html
- so for these IP addresses Google must know that thousands of users
will be originating from them.

You would hope that the geocoding limits for users generating from
these IP addresses are much higher than most other standard IPs.
