Sorry, let me address the TOU question... The map is being used for a commercial purpose, but is also free available. Essentially, users go to my site, can access the map freely, but when they subscribe, they have the map embedded within their user page as well (no changes between the content or function of the map... is this a violation?
As to why I can't link to the map with this setup, I haven't been able to set up the map on the freely available page yet and rather than troubleshoot two maps at once, I was just working on the one before setting up the other.
