I can't directly say whether or not that function stopped working, but probably what has happened is you've asked for too many routing requests in too short of a time and your IP is banned for a while. Using the routing engine to do reverse geocodes is at best a cludge and may at some time be banned or blocked, so it might be best if this is an important function, to figure out another way.
