I can't directly say whether or not that function stopped working, but
probably what has happened is you've asked for too many routing
requests in too short of a time and your IP is banned for a while.
Using the routing engine to do reverse geocodes is at best a cludge
and may at some time be banned or blocked, so it might be best if this
is an important function, to figure out another way.

To see why, you should examine the error code returned, that will tell
you why you're not processing the routing requests now.
