Hi All, (1) We have a web application that is used for people to locate the person, car, or pet that's carrying a GPS tracker. Do I need to go for the premier license from Google?
(2) If we move this application to mobile phones using static map API, do we need to go for the premier license? The software is freely downloadable from our website. For the website or mobile application, we neither charge for users to use the site, nor do we charge users for monthly fee. However, users must purchase a GPS tracker from us to use the site or the software application. Will this violate the Google terms and service if we just use the free Maps API?
